I am sorry I haven't updated. It is rather hard to when one does not have internet.
I was almost rescued. But I shall start from the beginning.
It was shortly after I had gone to sleep after my last entry. Lesia came stomping in, then curled into bed and went to sleep. I tried to sleep myself, but there was an insensate tapping on my window. When I finally looked, I saw something staring at me. A mouse, if I recall correctly. It was a giant's mouse, however, so it was easily my own size. It continued to tap the window, and this is when I came to realize it was trying to break it. I looked around, hoping to find someplace to hide, but I didn't. The mouse ended up breaking that window, and I'm still not sure how it did it. Or why, for that matter. But there it was, in my little hut. I screamed, I think. It was a smelly rodent who was gnawing on various parts of the house. I tried to run for the door, but when I tried it, I remembered that the door didn't actually open. It was a dollhouse after all, and opened in the middle of the house. It didn't help me at all.
So? I ran for the window. I was able to climb through it, but torn up my dress on the shards and cut my foot. I hobbled along the floor, but thankfully the mouse didn't chase. I got to the bed, and that's when I met Edgar.
Though, honestly, I thought he was another mouse at first. He was dressed in rather ratty clothes (no pun intended), and certainly smelled like one. He had dusty brown hair that made me think of a mop, but rather bright hazel eyes. But that was all that really stood out.
I surprised myself by not screaming again. And while it may seem silly to scream to you, I was brought up learning how to knit and when to properly scream when a dragon carries me away. Edgar smiled at me at this point.
"The mouse nearly got ya, di't?"
After a moment to understand that "di't" (as I can't think of how to properly type it out) was meant to be "did it" in a rather sarcastic voice, I made my own reply.
"No, I was simply taking the chance to get out of the dollhouse."
The look in his eye while he looked me over told me he didn't believe a word I said. That was when I became aware that the pain in my foot was still very much there. I hopped to one foot and looked down. Apparently the wound had been bigger than I originally thought, because there was a nice stop of blood on Lesia's carpet.
"Si' back, I can get that."
At this point, I still didn't know his name. I pointed it out, and he promptly told me. Then pushed me backwards and pulled out a surprisingly clean cloth from a bag I hadn't noticed. He put something on the wound that made it feel like dragon fire, then wrapped up my foot.
"That betta?" he asked once he was done. I nodded my agreement and stood. He helped me walk away from the bed, and I realized he was going for the bedroom door. After quietly cursing myself for not thinking of it sooner, I tried to pick up the pace.
Now, this daring rescue of our's would have worked out well if it hadn't been only 10 in the evening. We left Lesia's room and were working out way to a hole in the wall when a foot promptly slammed down right in front of us. The two of us look up, and sure enough, there was Lesia's father. (I *still* don't know his name.)
Well, that giant wasn't about to let Edgar wander off with his little girl's princess. He grabbed us both rather roughly and stormed to the kitchen. He pulled two glass jars out of a cupboard, and slid each of us in one. Then left us there. He didn't put a lid on them, and I quickly realized he didn't need to. There was no way either of us could reach the top of the jars, and glass is rather slippery. I was surprised how large the jars were, honestly.
He left us there for the entirety of the next day. When Lesia asked why I was in there? He said I had been a bad princess, and that I would have to be taught a lesson. Except I believe his exact words were "Your princess is in time out today."
He didn't leave either of us to starve, mind you. He threw a bit of food into the jars, and a few drops of water.
The day after that? Well, Lesia was allowed to have me back. I didn't see Edgar at all. Lesia decided it was outside play. So she dragged me outside and was having all sorts of fun on her playset with me.
Have you ever been on a swing that you could easily slid off of and fall several stories from? It's terrifying. There was also the slide, but that wasn't so scary. Just a little worrisome when you start going really fast.
By the time we went in for dinner, I was frazzled. After we ate, Lesia wouldn't let go of me. Even when she went to sleep.
It was rather awkward for me. And ridiculously uncomfortable.
Yesterday? Yesterday Lesia watched cartoons and kept me nearby. Right before dinner, I met up with Edgar again. Apparently Lesia's father had spent all of the previous day washing the poor man and finding proper clothes for him. Edgar himself did not look happy.
After dinner? Lesia was determined to play with both myself and Edgar. All was fine until I learned Edgar had two left feet. I simply collapsed to bed after that.
Today? Today was a day where I finally got to relax. I slept until mid-afternoon, ate, took a warm bath that I had been praying for, and finally found a book that was my size. (That last one I'm fairly certain was from Lesia's father, but I could be wrong.)

Entry 4
Well, here we are again. It seems I am continually stuck in this dollhouse. Lesia made me a new gown. She demanded I try it on, and seeing as it was that or her throw a tantrum - which at this height would surely kill me - I wore it.
It was too small for me, very tight around the waist. Not to mention it was a canary yellow that was just horrid to look at. She didn't seem to care, however. She picked me up and carried me away, off to show her father. He had a look that seemed to agree with my idea of what the dress looked like, but he didn't say anything.
That was when we ate lunch. It was a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich, of which I had a piece that was as big as me. I didn't finish it, and it was quite messy to eat. I got a lot of it all over the dress Lesia had made me. She decided I couldn't wear a dirty dress and proved to make an incredibly awkward situation when she took the dress off right then and there. Thankfully I still had my undergarments on.
Her father didn't seem to care at all, actually. He simply got up and went to her room. He came back with a purple dress I had seen earlier. I put it on quickly.
They had a knock at their door once I had gotten the dress on. Lesia's father shooed her to her room, and the young giantess left me behind. I wasn't sure what to do from there, so I tried to get off the table. That didn't work. The chairs were too far away, and by the Gods, I was not going to jump to the floor.
Lesia's father came back into the room, followed by another giant. I, personally, had forgotten that the swamp was, in fact, a community for the giants. I had never seen this many in my life.
Never the less, these two men walked to the table where I still sat. Lesia's father took one look at me and rolled his eyes. He picked me up and put me on a shelf, out of the way. So I ended up even further from the ground then I had started. From here I tried to find something to get me down, but it was a futile effort. There was a plant I could hide behind, however.
The two giants started talking. That's when I quickly realized they were business partners of a small shop. They were talking about what to do with the increased profit and whether or not to expand, and it all was very boring.
That lasted several hours, actually. So, I took a nap. It was the only logical thing to do up there. I was rudely awakened later by Lesia's father's hand poking me, then scooping me up. Now that his partner had left, he had time to take me back to his daughter. She was quite happy to have me back.
She sat me on the bed and then grabbed her pillow and hugged it. Grinning down at me, she said quite simply, "Dance!"
Well, I will admit I can't dance for anything. When I tried to tell her that, she frowned.
"Well," she replied. "You have to dance, because you're my princess and I say you are going to dance!"
"I don't have any music to dance to."
To this, she did what any person who demands dancing would do. She leaned over and poked a small radio that sat at her bedside. Sure enough, music started playing. The kiddish music that doesn't really have a point other than to give children something to sing to with very simple lyrics. I couldn't think of any more excuses from here, so I danced. I still don't know why she was so entertained, because I just jumped from foot to foot and twirled a little, but at least she wasn't throwing a tantrum.
At one point she started singing along to the song. Now, this wouldn't have been a problem if she had kept her voice down, but this young giantess would not sing unless it was at the top of her lungs. For someone of my size, that was quite painful.
Her father finally came in and told her to get ready for dinner. So she did, after putting me in the house. Then, I was given dinner after she had eaten, and she simply went outside to do something with her father. I assume, anyway. She hasn't come back yet.

What happened today was horrifying.
I was played with, pure and simple. I was given a poofy pink dress, told to put it on. When I didn't agree at first, Lesia tried to dress me herself.
She got bored after a while and locked me inside the cottage. Where I'm sitting now, waiting for food.
Oh Gods, someone help me.

Entry 2
To say I was kidnapped would be an understatement.
Late last night, while I was being perfectly normal and staring at the ceiling of my room trying to sleep, I heard a rumbling. Now, I knew it couldn't be a dragon. Dragons tend to have wings, so they make hurricanes. Not to mention they love to set everything on fire.
So I heard this rumbling and turned on the lamp next to my bed. I'm not sure why, I think it just made me more of a target. You see, what happened next was a bit unnerving. Our roof was ripped off.
There I was, in my nightgown, staring at a gruff looking man who towered over my home. So, I did the only logical thing to do - I screamed and ran.
Not that it helped at all, I mean the giant just plucked me out of my room before I even reached the door. I don't remember much after that, outside getting shoved into what I believe was a pocket. There was a bit of jostling up against a wallet that was as tall as I am - and I am a bit tall for most humans.
I suppose it must have calmed down at some point, because the next thing I remember is waking up because someone was shining a very bright light at me. Until I remembered everything that had happened, and realized that the bright light was, in fact, the giant having pulled me out of his pocket and was now staring at me. As I came to my senses, I was filled with dread. I thought he was going to eat me! I had heard the stories of the princesses, princes and even plain villagers who had been taken by giants to be used in cooking, and by the Gods, I was not going to let that happen to me!
I tried to scramble away, but I figured out rather quickly he was still standing. I figured that out after I tried to run off his hand, so I was left dangling off the side of his palm. He laughed me then, which shook his hand and nearly shook me off. I didn't lose my grip, though. He grabbed me and set me on a table before that happened. I knew it was a table because I was right next to the salt and pepper shakers he owned.
I tried to run again, but he was having none of that. After grabbing something from nearby, he picked me up. I finally got a good look at him once I stopped trying to struggle free from his grip.
He actually didn't look very old. My father has seen about forty winters, and my kidnapper didn't look like he had even seen thirty. He had brown hair that looked like it needed a good brushing, and brown eyes. Rather boring, actually.
Anyway, after he went about business I wasn't paying attention to, he set me down. It got a bit darker, and when I looked around, I realized I was in a box. Before I could protest, the lid was put on and I was left in complete and utter darkness again.
The box was moved, I assume. I was shifted around a lot. This time, however, I was wide awake. It was several long hours of pacing, and rocking back and forth in a tight, dark space. In my nightdown, I'll remind you.
There were a lot of shouts outside. Very loud shouts. Children, was what I guessed. My box was moved again, and my guess proved to be correct. The lid was taken off my box, and I stared into the wide blue eyes of a rather chubby girl with red curly hair. She squealed.
To say the sound hurt my ears would be grossly understating the amount of pain that went through them as this young girl proceeded to scream at me in joyous tones. I was grabbed rather rudely from where I was standing and holding my ears, with a lot less care then the man I had previously seen had done.
"You really got me a princess, Daddy!?"
The little girl hugged me tight enough to her chest that I was struggling to breath. There was a low chuckle somewhere off to my left.
"All the way from Aliwak," came the reply. I managed to get a look at who was talking, and was not at all surprised to find it was the giant who had captured me.
After getting gawked at by the young giantess, I was passed around to all her friends, who seemed just as interested in me as the first girl. I was poked, prodded, shaken, and almost eaten at one point. Thankfully, as the girl went to chew on me, the giant who had captured me grabbed me.
"Alright, Lesia. You and your friends go play outside, I'll put your new princess in your toy house."
The girl lit up, and looked at the gathered friends she had, "Let's go swing on the tire!"
With that, many feet went pattering rather loudly across the floors. I was taken to a room at the end of a hall. It was brightly lit, and colored with a light purple paint. I had to admit it was pretty. Stuffed animals lined the walls, and in one corner of the room sat a small cottage. When I was set down in front of it, I turned on my heels and crossed my arms. The look I received in reply makes me believe my captor had been waiting for this.
"What in the name of the seven gods is going on here!?" I shouted, hoping my voice would carry. "You pluck me out of my home, and expect me to just pretend to be some girl's doll!?"
"That," The man whispered, though it still sounded fairly loud to me, "Is exactly what I expect you to do. I am hoping to keep the peace and quiet around here, and my daughter wanted a princess."
"Oh, just wait unti--"
This is when I realized this giant had said "All the way from" when referring to my kingdom. Generally you don't say that when you are simply one kingdom away from the original point.
"Where are we?"
"The Jul Swamp. I believe it is about a moon's fade in travel for your kind to reach from where I picked you up."
I sat down. It is a moon's fade to get between Aliwak and here, and that was by car without stopping. When I didn't say anything, the giant simply laughed.
"What's your name, Princess?"
"Victoria Aliwak." I replied in a rather dead tone. He laughed again, and I suppose when it was obvious I wasn't going to say more, he left.
I can write now, because despite this dollhouse of his daughter's being a cottage, they still have a computer in here. Not like anyone can save me through the internet, but at least someone will know.
The young girl just went to sleep. Her father read her a bedtime story about dragons. I actually think I use to read it myself.
He also promised he would get her other toys so her princess wouldn't be lonely.
This is just lovely.

Well, I don't know what inspired starting this. Maybe it was the wizard claiming everyone did, even if it was after he had liberated the wine cellar.
Maybe it was my parents firm disapproval over it. Or maybe I just felt like writing about my life.
I always felt like something big was going to happen. I mean, I'm now 16 as of yesterday. A princess of my standing, in this land? Riddled with dragons that raid our towns?
I do hope they have internet.
